Right from birth, Morgana was not going to let anything keep her down. She was quick to find her hooves, quick to feed, and this continued as she grew older and stronger. That isn’t to say Morgana is the smartest tool in the box. In all honesty, it typically takes her several attempts to really get her head around something but once she has it, boy does she have it - mostly through sheer stubbornness and determination.
Like her parents, she is full of energy and likes to be constantly moving. When asked to stand still she constantly fidgets and this only gets worse when tacked up. Beside that, though, she handles well both in hand and under saddle, she just doesn’t stand well. One way in which this has been managed is for jockeys to mount on the move.
Morgana is a fairly independent filly. She’s not exactly a loner, but she tends to be on the outside of groups but will happily graze alongside other horses. When it comes to people, it is mostly that she tolerates them–seeming to see them more like a useful commodity than anything particularly interesting.
Overall, she is fairly well-balanced with the heart and determination to really succeed if she puts her mind to it.

Leg Type: Front Runner/Stalker
Forever the fidget, Morgana can be difficult before a race seeming to get more psyched on the atmosphere of the course than she is at home. She just wants to get going, tossing her head and otherwise acting out in the parade ring for being asked to maintain a steady pace. She’s a little better with the pony, seeming to become more settled as they move toward the starting gates and surprisingly gates well even if she does get a little unsettled once the doors close. She still manages to break fairly sharply though, determined to get to business.
Morgana likes to run at, or near, the front of the pack with open ground ahead of her. In the ideal set up, she is able to maintain a decent pace throughout the race while not soaring too far ahead, and she always has a little more to give at the end. On her best day, her sheer speed is scary.
